The Barn is a modern farm building conversion in the beautiful Dumfries and Galloway countryside offering a high standard of accommodation for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. It has breathtaking views over the valleys.

Downstairs there is a large and comfortable lounge room with a feature fireplace and patio doors, colour television, video recorder and CD player. There is an exceptionally well equipped fitted kitchen/diner with washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge and freezer and all the kitchen equipment you will need during your stay. There is also a double bedroom downstairs with an en-suite bathroom, patio doors and fitted wardrobes which makes this cottage suitable for the less-abled.

Upstairs is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom each with fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower-rooms. Each room has a little balcony from which to enjoy the views.

The cottage has oil fired central heating and double glazed windows, and the lounge room has an attractive coal-effect electric fire.

All bed linen and towels are provided and all fuel and electricity is included in the price. A cot and high chair is available by arrangement. Up to two pets are welcome in this cottage.

At the front of the house there is a private garden area with garden furniture and a shared courtyard is at the rear.
