This is a delightful two storey cottage in South West Scotland prepared in a romantic way so as to be suitable for honeymoon couples or for a quiet and relaxing holiday for a family of up to six people. It has an easterly aspect with stunning views over our rolling Scottish countryside.

Furnished and equipped to resemble a traditional farmhouse, on the ground floor is a lounge room with a brick built fireplace and timber mantle, colour television, video recorder and CD player. There is an exceptionally well equipped farmhouse kitchen/diner with washing machine, coffee machine, fridge and freezer and all the kitchen equipment you will need during your stay.

The cottage has three bedrooms. The main bedroom is on the first floor and is accessed by a private staircase. It is furnished with a luxurious four-poster bed and has fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room with WC and washhand basin. Also on the first floor, but accessed by a second staircase are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and a shared shower room with WC and washhand basin. The layout of the house is especially suited to families with teenage children as privacy can be given to all occupants. The cottage has oil fired central heating and double glazed windows, and the lounge room has an attractive coal-effect electric fire.

All bed linen and towels are provided and all fuel and electricity is included in the price. A cot and high chair is available by arrangement. Up to two pets are welcome in this cottage.

Opposite the front of the house there is an enclosed private garden to sit and enjoy the views. At the rear there is a shared courtyard where garden furniture is available.
