This architect designed cottage is a spacious and comfortable conversion with great views over the surrounding countryside in South West Scotland and is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout.

Downstairs there is the lounge room with a feature fireplace with tiled hearth and timber mantle, a colour television, video recorder and CD player. There is an exceptionally well equipped fitted kitchen/diner with washing machine, coffee machine, fridge and freezer and all the kitchen equipment you will need during your stay. Also on the ground floor is a shower room with wash basin and WC and shower cubicle.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and also a twin bedroom. The double bedroom has French doors leading on to a small balcony from which to enjoy the views and capture your treasured moments.

The cottage has oil fired central heating and double glazed windows, and the lounge room has an attractive coal-effect electric fire.

All bed linen and towels are provided and all fuel and electricity is included in the price. A cot and high chair is available by arrangement. Up to two pets are welcome in this cottage.

Opposite the front of the house there is an enclosed private garden to sit and enjoy the views. At the rear there is a shared courtyard where garden furniture is available.
